Aticama is an ocean town with several seafood restaurants, local fishing boats, oysters available during season (September thru May), surfing, town schools from kindergarden to high school. Very nice place to grow-up or retire, several things to do for both young and young at heart.
The closest international airport is Puerto Vallarta which is a 2 1/2 hour drive south of Aticama. We are located at the gateway of what is known as “The Riviera of Nayarit” the capital of Tepic is just 45 minutes away and offers American style stores, theaters and much more.
