Great location, Playa Los Cocos. Lot size is 3,186 square feet. Ocean front measures 10.85 meters (over 35 feet!!!). Along the sides we have aproxamatly 30 meters (apx. 100 feet) for each, and along the road it narrows just a bit to 8.87 meters (apx. 30 feet).
